No. If your plans change within 31 days before your stay, no cancellation fees will be charged.

Cancellation policy – from the price of the ordered services, in case of cancellation:

up to 30 days prior to arrival free of charge – 29-19 days prior to arrival = 15% of the total price – 18-8 days prior to arrival = 50% of the total price – 7-2 days prior to arrival 80% – 1-0 days prior to arrival or no-show = 100% of the total price – in case of early departure 100% of the remaining price will be charged

Yes, the hotel has its own parking spaces. We recommend booking these well in advance, due to their limited number. Upon arrival at the site, very likely we will no longer be able to offer them if they are occupied.
